The Interpretive Guides Association is putting on a one-day Canadian Rockies Glacier Stories Workshop, hosted by Lynn Martel, author of Stories of Ice: Adventure, Commerce and Creativity on Canada’s Glaciers. With visits to Peyto Lake, Bow Lake, and Lake Louise, you’ll learn about our glaciers - the beautiful, fascinating, intriguing, precious places where people pursue adventures, work, run businesses, conduct scientific studies, and create art, all year round.
